Wtf? The vcore on my GIGABYTE GA-M57SLI-S4 goes from 1.32 to 1.4v under load

This is really wierd and seriously messing with my ability to OC. I have Cool & Quiet disabled in the bios but when I go into windows and launch OCCT my vcore goes from 1.32 to 1.4 and these are the real voltages as I found the voltage check point and am using a multimeter.

Manually setting it to 1.35v in bios actually does yield 1.35v but under load it goes to 1.43v and once again these are the actual readings using a multimeter.

I just noticed the trend where the voltage is always going up by .08, well this is fn lovely.

Anyone have any clues ?

I get kind of the same problem. Under load like when in game, the voltage goes up quite a bit. I think it is just reporting wrong on this board.

Found the voltage check point and verrified it so now I know for sure that the voltage is going up under load by .08 v o_O Not . . . cool.
