WTF? The Pontiac Vibe

I love hatchbacks and I love AWD, so just for fun I was browsing the Pontiac website to find out more about the Vibe. I built and priced one, and soon discovered that on a car whose base price is $20K (the AWD model), power windows and locks are part of a $1500 option package!

Who designs these things? A monkey with a CAD machine and a ledger book could do better than the primates at GM.

EDIT: Power windows/locks come standard on the Matrix XR AWD, MSRP ~$17,000.

I didn't know you could get manual locks and manual windows any more...
