WTF!!! Someone just drove right over our mailbox!!!

For those of you that don't know, we over here on the east coast are having snow right now. A few minutes ago I was surfing the web, and I heard a huge KLUNK. I rushed to look out the window (not without turning off my monitor first), and I saw car tracks that drove from the street, right over where our mailbox used to be, through our yard, and back onto the street. It doesn't look like an accident, judging by the tracks there was no sliding. It looks like someone purposefully drove over our mailbox. WTF!!!! My whole family is asleep right now, I'm the only one up. Should I wake somebody up, or just wait until tommorow?

OK I tried to take a pic of the tracks before they were covered up, but stupid camera keeps focusing on the snowflakes and darkens everything else. DAMMIT!!!

I just hope our mailbox at least dented their car. From the outside it looks like a regular plastic mailbox, but it's a piece of plastic overtop of a 4" thick concrete pole that goes about 3 feet into the ground. I guess that would explain the big clunk.

Whatever hit the mailbox, had a wheelbase of about 2 feet, and only had two wheels. the whole way through there is only 2 tracks of excactly the same size. even in the turns. freaky.
