as far as wheels go... prob. got a flat, tis all

Yup, that looks like a spare, not an OEM wheel.

Regardless, whoever did that (the rest of it) should be shot.

Viper GTS
To each their own. Personally I don't think it qualifies as a capital offense worthy of execution. I'd condone nothing more than a savage beating

I'm with Viper GTS here. The only problem would be aiming the gun that far down if you drive-by him in an SUV. :p

From what I can see in the pic as well as what you have just said, the guy probably has air bag (air ride?) suspension. Then when they park the car, he lowers it all the way. In turn making the back wheels look like they are cambered inward. I dont know much about cars, but I have seen other cars like that, and they have the air ride suspsension.

Hate that I even know this, but I do. I too was "WTF?" on the "Dubs" on the rear tires, but the steel rims on the front. The way it was explained to me is that it had to do with weight distribution. And that all true racers knew this, so now, of course, all racers and wannabees will mimick this.

I'll stick to my gas hog, fume spewin' SUV thank you very much!
