So one of our sites in florida calls in to complain the network is down. So in response to this an E4 ticket is created to get this resolve. Mind you there was an email sent to the help desk, network operations, everyone at the said site that the network would be brought down at 19:00 hours to prepare for the hurricane.
not one but two e4 tickets where opened on this issue to.
That is when several of us at the helpdesk brought up the fact the network was brought down for that station. It provide a few good laughs over here.
In fact one of the users who called in said he was leaving to buy supplies...
