1. You are not running the client enough hours (?)
2. You are running defrag/scandisk and the client pauses (?)
3. You have another program that uses too much the CPU (?)
4. You are checking randoms (?)
5. Something else (?)

6. Edit your Information at Dnet and change your name to your "real" name = NakaNaka - Team Anandtech, protect yourself from the spammers.
 
7. You are using a 16-bit application that doesn't use that much the CPU but is not multitasking?
8. Try using a log file, system monitor, wintop
 
ya I probably have like 5 viruses 🙂

No what I don't get is it was doing fine before and then went south and I didn't get a virus since then.
 
nope i havent changed ... anything at all ... Whatever this p2 350 is only temp until i build my new computer with a t bird over a ghz
