WTF??? SERIOUS forum issues????

I'm having trouble even getting into FI, so I'll post it in OT.

One minute the forums are fine. Next, they're all changed around with a cool new look, etc. Love it! Then, I can't get anywhere on the forums, so I close and reopen IE. I can't even get in. Then, when I do, the forums are back to how they used to be?!?!?

What's going on??

Their obviously trying to work out some bugs. So the new board
is temporarily down while they make some adjustments... I presume.

That's cool. I love Anandtech anyway. I can't wait for them to get the new board back up!

But for now, I'm gonna have to settle for the old smiley faces... *grr*

I liked what I saw of the new board, except for those soul-less
new icons and text links which always remained the same color
(making threads you were previously reading more difficult to
find).

They also added a new &quot;user icon&quot; to the bunch, which I cleverly
switched to before it vanished from the server.

I believe that icon was not supposed to be there. It was retired in memory of a member of this BBS who passed away in a tragic car accident.

I've switched it back to my old icon.
