I think you are insulting the intelligence of the Romulans here a bit, but perhaps Bush is just putting on a dumb act. After all he has proved to be quite a liar and has been very sucessful in putting forth his agenda in spite of the destruction it has caused. Have to agree with you on the Ferengi ear thing too.
