wtf? rc5 slowdown? yet another newbie-ish question from me :(

I noticed my stats are down 600 blocks from yesterday, running the same machines, the same 24 hours..

Does RC5 slowdown on a machine over time? What sort of usage takes away from the client (especially by that big of a margin)?

dnet stats page, I don't know how to see it from my client for a specific day

Somehow, there are some blocks that did not show up in the stats count at DNET.:|
