WTF? Random websites don't work

Maybe this should be in a different forum, but for some reason random websites aren't working for me. It's like I just can't get a connection. Right now, I can't hit CNN, and twice today I've tried to click links that people posted here and they don't work either. I tried disabling popup cop, spybot, and spywareblaster, but that doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

used to happen to me, but it went away. does msn.com stop working when the others do? I believe there were other people who had the same problem a while back too.

Maybe one of your ISP's DNS servers are crapping out.

Check your hosts file, it may have been compromised.

Just checked my hosts file through spybot. It's fine.
