I read through this whole thread and still haven't seen one post that quotes what Palin actually said to support the initial claims of this thread. Can someone post them here?

P.S. I am a conservative whom doesn't particularly like Palin.

I don't have much respect for Palin either and I wouldn't be surprised if many of these claims turned out to be true, but I'd like to see some proof. Some guy saying that she didn't know Africa was a continent rather than a country isn't really enough for me. That's like... third, maybe fourth-hand information.

Anyone have proof Democrats made this up?

I saw Hannity yesterday on FoxNews and he seemed to be bent out of shape about Obama.

Unfortunately there is no proof she said it besides what Carl has said he heard from aides. ALL of this stuff including her crazy shopping (although that looks like GOP auditors will have their claws into that soon, so we WILL know what that was all about) is third hand info.

When isn't he bent out of shape. Just one time when he starts screaming and berating a guest I'd love to see that guest pop him one in the mouth. I'd donate to that guests defense fund.

But I find it shocking that she didn't know who was in NAFTA since she is governor of a state that, I imagine, has more commerce with Canada than it does with the lower 48. If she knew Canada was in it but omitted Mexico, I could forgive that. The Governor of Alaska wouldn't give two shits about Mexico.

No, but the presumptive VP should. If she read "all the newspapers" like she claimed, she would. It is INCONCEIVABLE that a governor would not know who is in Nafta when a politically active high school student could tell you.

dude, an astute elementary schooler could know that, someone intelligent graduating from high school should certainly be able to.

It's true, she's pretty damn close to being legally retarded. Really puts the Palin fans into perspective. What kind of dementia exists that would make some think this house-frau brain donor is fit for VP responsibility? It's the very essence of partisan blindness, possibly treason. Sowing our own leadership with ignorance and eye candy like that would be screwing all parties - just look at GWB for a current example.

"2012!" Heh, riiiight....

yes, i just saw it on fox too. i believe the leak came from former romny worker who's working on mccain campaign now.

so it's either mitt+rudy trying to throw palin under the bus or mccain trying to throw her under the bus.

palin is actually very popular with the religious base, so this could cause a split.

I am actually really worried about this. I honestly think the Repub's higher offices decided early in this election to play soft and wing it with hopes that the country would be so bad off that regardless of what either Obama or Clinton the next four years would tank.

It sets them up with four years of scaring people and pointing out Demo blunders so that in the next election there is a really nasty battle between a worn down somewhat unsuccessful Obama and a nasty authoritarian power team of Romney-Guiliani.

Ooooo, I despise Guiliani. Some poster summed it up here when he was labeled a tool. I see not a whit of the heroism cast given him just post 9/11.

before 9/11, 9/11 was pretty well reviled by new yorkers. Didn't he lose a senate race to the carpet bagging clintons?

But I can believe it. When you are busy with beauty pageants, hunting moose and racing snow mobiles, getting your kids to soccer matches and governing 5-6000 populace towns, hustling Exxon, etc. there's little time for world geography and world news. Of what interest is the New York Times to her?

just because you do not agree with reality doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

i just read the article twice and mentions nothing about africa.

FAIL.

I'm pretty sure I found this video earlier in this thread: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWZHTJsR4Bc

I could point you to other links in the thread and other threads here that show shep smith and oreilly talking to carl cameron on fox, or you could google it, but why bother, you'll be banned pretty soon for being a troll so I'll let you continue to run around in the dark.

Neiman Marcus reported today that it's October sales were down almost 28% compared to a year ago. Can you imagine how bad they would have been without Ms. Palin?

She should not be criticized for doing her patriotic duty to keep the economy afloat.

And the crowd goes wild!

And to counterstrikedude, should you ever return from your vacation - I dare you to find a quote of me calling it "Faux News." The only pathetic agenda that has hit this forum in the last few days is your asshat trolling with your inane posts that put you on the level of intelligence of a cat
