It probably has no fangs, otherwise the kid would be dead. BTW...put some dang pants on that kid!

I think this may be because the snake is biting in to the head of the baby, where it can't puncture and inject venom.

Yeah, i figured he was de-fanged, but still... a shot to the eye or, like at the end, coiling around his neck.... WTF is all i can say....

Cobras don't have large fangs in the same manner as rattle snakes they actually have smaller teeth which usually take some gnawing in order to fully inject their venom. Cobras are know to strike like that as a warning sign but if you would like to know my honest opinion it looks as if the mouth is kept shut by some means.

this is seriously messed up. what kind of morons do this to a child. it doesn't matter if the snake is poisonous or not or has fangs or not. this is just pure ignorance from a country that has a gigantic population of people still way below the poverty line and who are as educated as that cobra.

I was squirming that whole time. I hate snakes like CRAZY and to have a baby next to one regardless freeked me out.
