They keep repeating the frigging opening ceremonies on the NBC digital channel here in the fresno area. No actual olympic coverage in HD. jerks :|
 
check TV listing. I think they only repeat that for a few times then real coverage follows. tv.yahoo.com

On the news after the ceremony ysterday they showed that Greeks screwed up, and the Olympic flame died out. They restored gas feed and reignitied it some 15 minutes later 🙂

It's 8pm and guess what's still on the HD channel? The opening ceremonies. Guess I gotta watch it in SD. oh well.
 
Search at avsforum. They can not show real-time HD broadcasts in certain markets due to legal reasons. It gets very complicated and there is a 20+ page thread about it.

Also only 6 events are set up with the HD equipment.
