I hate it! Don't know what the deal is, but the inside of my left nostril right near the tip of my nose gets a crazy itch when I talk with people sometimes. It's something I can't ignore either so I have to do what I can while talking with someone without making it seem like I'm picking my damn nose, and depending on how long the conversation is I may go to it like 5 or 6 times! Once the convo is done, the itch goes away and never comes back until someone else prompts it with another conversation. HALP!

I have poor circulation, and if I am hanging out with friends and happen to be one of the top people conversing my face will start to fall asleep. Not even kidding. Like, the roof of my mouth will even start. Eyelids, nose, everything.

Consider yourself lucky.

Do you have a nose hair trimmer? It's probably your nose hair brushing against the inside of your nostril.

That's really weird, but hookers and blow should clear it right up.

Take the bag off your head. When you start talking your voice caused the paper bag to vibrate against the tip of your nose and cause the itching.

Creepy, I've had exactly the same feeling in exactly the same place recently. I figured it was a subconcious reaction to how much I hate being at work. :p Baked's suggestion sounds promising, though... hmm.

I guess I could try that, though I don't think I have lots of hair in my nose but honestly how would I even know! The feeling is weird though, maybe my nose grows a little each time I lie and that's what I'm feeling, hah.

I think the nose hair trimmer worked! Been a couple days after I cleaned house in there and I don't feel the need to scratch when I'm talking to people, thanks!

People who are lying will often touch their nose because while lying you get a rush of adrenalin and it causes the capillaries in your nose to expand and itch. Are you stressed (or lying) during these work conversations?

Not lying as much as faking an interest lol, but that's something I should be a champ at by now.

My nose ALWAYS itches, really, really itches, enough to make my eyes water, when I am getting my hair cut or when I'm at the dentist with tools and hands in my mouth. It's psychosomatic. You know you can't scratch your nose (or it would be difficult or embarrassing to do so.) Knowing it's psychosomatic doesn't seem to help it itch less.
