WTF, My Monitor Is Jumping???

Just transported my monitor to a LAN in my car on it's side the same way I have plenty of times. I just set it up and the screen jumps and kinda shakes all over. What happened? Is it permanently broken? It's a Dell P991, anyone know if this is covered under my warranty???
 
No magnetic devices. Running 1280 and 85Hz just like I was before. Could it be because I transported it on its side? I always do, and it's never done this before. Anyone know how I could fix it?
