wtf? my aim profile keeps switching back

everytime i change my aim profile it keeps switching back to an old one. I am running 5.5.3292, and i was formerly running 4.x with aim+. Has anyone else had this problem? and if so, how did you fix it?

search for the HTML file that it generates containint your info and edit it manually. perhaps you re-installed AIM at one point and one install is looking at the other install's settings.

In the older version of Trillian (don't know if it's the same now, haven't checked), you had to manually shut down AIM before turning off the computer, otherwise the profile wouldn't save. Don't know if that's what you do or if it'll help, but there you go
