I signed up for Live service two years ago, and sold the XBox around 6 months later. I forgot to cancel it, and I got charged for another year, and I called them and explained. They cancelled my account, but I had to pay the $49.99 fee, which, was my fault.
However, I just got billed again! I called them, and apparently there's nothing they can do, even though I cancelled it last year! Not sure what to do; I think I'm going to tell my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Any suggestions?
