Marketer sues anti-spam crusader

Man, this is so wrong! The guy is doing an awesome job getting spammers to stop their evil ways, and now one of the spammers is suing him saying his site is harrasement and that it should be pulled off the net!! :Q :|

I hate spammers. They're worse than the plague. But this is just too much. They have absolutely no problems flooding my mailbox full of spam, yet you raise one single tidbit of protest and they get all hostile about it. I think that email marketing should officially be banned. Same with telemarketing. But most definately email marketing. AKA spam.

Man, this is just too much!

he didnt know it was the mans home adress if u read the whoile article becaus eit was listed in public records as his business adress, and by your logic then a phonebook which shows your number and adress is a invasion of privacy cause everybody has acess and anyone can look at it

Meanwhile, Symantec Inc., makers of Norton anti-virus software that Moore sells at cut-rate prices, claims that the versions that he provides are pirated.
?We?re aware of the guy and we know what he?s doing,? said Chris Paden, director of corporate communications for the company.
Paden said Symantec bought copies of Moore?s products online, and determined they were counterfeit. He said the matter has been referred to the company?s attorneys.
CLASSIC.

I hope this guy is locked up for many years. Die spammers!

Yeah, they're making money off of other people's suffering. Isn't that illegal in and of itself? Last I heard you can't make money off of other people's suffering. So where do these guys think they can?

Lawyers make money off of other people's suffering all the time ;)

In all seriousness, I hate spammers too. This gives them a taste of their own medicine!

I read this article in the printed edition of the Washington Post yesterday. I couldn't believe that a spammer was suing this guy. I wish I had a copy of the guy's site before he had to pull it down. Heck, I would have aided the replication process so the spammer wouldn't know who to point to.

"George tried to send me a message, and wanted to make an example of me," he wrote. "Instead I had a message for him: Every time you try to mess with me, I will post it on the 'Net, and more people will learn about you. I don't encourage harassment against you, and I don't need to. The facts speak quite loudly enough. Your best option is to crawl back under a rock and suck it up, or move to some state other than the one I live in."

Spammers have no rights, they're the f**king scum of the earth.
With some luck someone will mail his ass some anthrax.
