So here I am working this weekend doing tech support. Sales just paged me to come pick up a fax from a customer. Apparently we had emailed him last night so he printed out the email, faxed it back to us with a hand written note on it (not legible) and at the bottom it says please fax reply. How am I going to help someone with a tech issue through FAX??? It's bad enough through email but fax? *Sigh* that is all 🙁
