WTF keeping hearing this ****** outside of my house..

For like the past week I've been hearing what sounds like someone opening a squeaking gate really quickly multiple times during the day. Problem is, I don't believe I have any gates that squeak and the direction the sound is coming from makes this seem even more illogical. WTF could this sound be?

I had a similar problem with a "car alarm" repeatedly going off. When I looked to see where it was coming from, it was coming from up in my tree. I think it was a mockingbird making that sound. They hear random sh!t and use it as their songs.
