WTF is wrong with YouTube?

Why are all of their vids so freaking grainy? Is this just a bandwidth issue or is it b/c everyone is uploading via cheap-ass webcams?

What's the explanation for vid caps from TV, etc? Drives me nuts.

Why does it take 5 minutes to buffer a video? Youtube has become unusable for me.
