I get like 100+ "Cheap Rolex" spam every*frickin*other day :|

Got tons of rules in Outlook and it catches most of them but its still annoying to see 2-3 of these everytime I check my email.

Sorry, had to rant and ask: do you get a lot of these as well?

Other email programs come with awesome filters that allow you to filter out entire domains, specific things in subject lines, etc.

outlook has built in spam filtering and it actually works pretty well
if you have your own server install Spam assassin

Outlook has all those, but spammers know how to bypass it. They use stuff like "R013X" 😀 thanks for participating.

Just use spam filters. If Outlook/Thunderbird filters suck to you, go install PopFile, the best in my experience.
