Well that sucks, I listed about 15 items (first time I ever sold on eBay), and 12 of the buyers never left any feedback. Apparently buyers don't leave feedback anymore. I started checking people's feedback received/left before I left them feedback. Paypal didn't hold my money though.

Had 2 non-paying bidders too, one of whom currently has 4 positive feedback with 3 of them indicating that the buyer didn't pay (all of her feedback was for different pairs of women's shoes, the same item that she "bought" from me... dumb bitch).

Fortunately I was just getting unused junk out of my house, I'd hate to deal with eBay for a living.

Actually I lied. Looks like they'll release it 21 days after payment is received if there are no complaints from the buyer, 3 days after confirmed delivery of the item, or after the buyer leaves positive feedback, whichever comes first. This page explains it in more detail.
