I'm thinking I might have slit it a little at work or something, but I've never seen something like this before!?

Oh my, I'm sure you already know the typical responses thats going to occur .

From my POV, It might be some skin thats trying to peel off, but isn't really "old enough" to peel off. You burned it or something happened.

It seemed to fade a bit after taking a shower, so hopefully it'll be gone in the next couple of days. I work at a CVS up the street from me, so it's possible something could have spilled/dripped/etc~ on me...
