WTF is wrong with my computer?!

Ok, heres the prob,

Using DScaler (to watch Digital Cable using S-Video in to a video capture card) and my M-Audio Revolution Line-in for audio....

The whole setup works for a few minutes and then one of 3 things goes wrong....

1) The video freezes and the only way to fix is to restart
2) The audio dies drops out, only way to fix is to restart
or
3) My network card dies, making the internet unusable until i restart

Why would it work for a few minutes? Only to have one of the 3 things listed above happen each time.?

Its a month old nforce2 mobo by Soltek, i hope its not the problem...

gonna try swapping some cards around tonight, see if it clears it up.
