WTF is wrong with Amazon?

Trying to buy a few things from Amazon, which as you know, supports many "storefronts". This things are fvcking horrible. They don't qualify for Amazon's free super savings shipping. That makes perfect sense, so I don't mind paying for shipping. The Problem? For 1 item, I can find a half a dozen differnt storefronts that carry it. Amazon refuses to tell me how much shipping will be. I have no clue who to buy it from, 1 storefront could be charging me $3 for shipping while another one could charge me $10. Even throughout the checkout process, I can only choose between standard and expedited shipping with NO prices. :|

So I accumulate a cart full of crap, Amazon just gives me a lump sum shipping charge which pisses me the fvck off.

Cliffs:
-Me bitching
-Me realizing Amazon coupon is more trouble then it's worth
-Amazon sucks crust filled goat balls

I'll be glad to take that annoying coupon from you if you'd like to get rid of it. :)

Sounds like the US site has got it badly wrong. I've bought quite a few items from the UK site, and when you look at the list of vendors offering the item, each one has a link to their delivery costs:

He may not have been logged in, or may not have a default shipping address. That's what used to determine shipping costs.

Same as in the US site. OP doesn't know how to properly use Amazon.

Also, Amazon does make finding the shipping prices a hassle. Why can't they just tell you like newegg does?

i don't understand your issue here. put one item in your cart and go to checkout and it will tell you shipping. remove that item and put in another one you are curious about and follow the same procedure to view shipping costs.

like someone said, if you are having problems email Amazon. they respond promptly and have been nothing but helpful to me in the past.
