WTF is with this OutWar crap?

Okay... I've had the second one hit my computer... I don't know what it is with the pop ups or what the heck it is, but it directs me to this OutWar site that is a statistic tracker for one of those dumb games. Any one got any suggestions for blocking it on a Win2K Pro/IE 6 SP1 computer?

If you want, I can put up the massive adblocking HOSTS file I have. Nerfs a whole lotta garbage.

Mozilla or Phoenix with the onload windows disabled and all the other little tricks. Stopping popups plus having tabs really does enhance my web experience. Your choice though!
