WTF is with the pop-ups?

I'm getting two of these on each page now. (yes, on this site). It's not a file sharing program or something, as I don't have any installed..... what's up?

I just finished scanning and cleaned house. I dont know if its the stuff I just deleted or AT.

Wow, that's really weird then. I don't see hwo they would "accidentaly" have pop ups. They've stopped for me now so maybe it was just a short time thing

I am getting 3 for every window I open. I don't run anything like kazza and I have no browser except this one open.

I'm getting the popups on probably half the threads I open on the forums. I don't have anything else open on this laptop other than mirc. I'm only getting the popups when the ad banner at the top of a thread page shows a 'Claim Your FREE PRIZE' with a click here button and flashing yellow warning sign.

I'm getting them too.. I was beginning to think it was just some sort of spyware that installed itself on my machine..but since I only get it at Anandtech and other people are getting them to...
