WTF is up with this computer?

Im putting together some leftovers from previous upgrades into a computer.
I know all the parts work by themselves, I've tested all of it.

Here's the computer:
Asus A7V
Thunderbird C 1 GHz/133 MHz
512 MB Samsung PC133
IBM DeskStar GXP60
Riva TNT2 Ultra
AOpen bigtower case with a 300W AOpen PS

Well thats about all the stuff I have in there.
For some reason, the TBird and A7V don't seem to get along.
I know the A7V doesn't support 133 MHz FSB, but it should still run at 7.5 x 100, right?
And once I get that going, the plan is to unlock the TBird and run it at 10x100 instead, should work fine, no?

Anyways, as soon as I put the TBird in there, the computer is dead, no picture, no POST error messages, no nothing.
The only thing that happens is the HD spins up.

I've tried putting a Duron 600 and a Duron 650 in there, both worked fine, no other modifications, so it's definately sometyhing between the mobo and CPU.
I've also tried the TBird in another mobo, both at 7.5x133 and 7.5x100, both worked.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had a similar setup but with an Athlon 1400. At 10.5x133 it would always freeze and lockup within 5-6 minutes after boot. It would run perfectly smooth at 10.5x100 however. When I upgraded the Heatsink & Fan, it ran fine at 10.5x133 (would lockup after about 4-5 hours however).

Well, this one doesn't even POST, it's dead.

Besides, the cooling is a FOP32 with AS-II, so cooling shouldnt be a problem.
