WTF is up with the Houston Rockets' new uniforms?

Their old ones were stupid but they kind of grew on me after a while.

These new ones look like something from 1950.

lol i know why they did it i just think its stupid that they apparently renounced the whole "rocket-theme" in favour of a new chinese one because of yao and to attract chinese fans. when he's probably the only oriental guy in the entire franchise and that symbol has NOTHING to do with rockets from houston.

they are designed to look like the Chinese national team uni's. the Rockets have become the highest seller of merchandise in the world due to these uni's, so even if you think they are ugly, the NBA's bank account doesn't care. whoever came up with this idea should get the biggest raise in history.

Those new uniforms are farking fuggly. Although, I am a huge suns fan, so I can't say too much. Have you seen their new orange outfit? WTF????
