WTF is up with FedEx?

I've got two orders currently within the FedEx system, one FedEx Express and one FedEx Ground. Both have gotten to the "Left FedEx distribution center stage" (nearest major city to where it was shipped from), and both haven't moved since. One's on two days, the other's on three. Are they really that slow or is the tracking system just SNAFU'ed?
