Has anyone else noticed the gradual progression of dr. brennan in Bones from mild aspergers(sp?) To flat out autistic in the current season?

Want some good laughs on the developmeny of her character with no explanation whatsoever, watch the first few seasons and then watch the new episodes.

Its almost too distracting of a change without any acknowledgment in the episodes!

I haven't really noticed. My wife watches this show each week, I usually just notice how catty all the chicks are on it, and they always talk down to the guys like they are retarded children.

Yes, I noticed the difference this year and can't really figure out why they are doing it or if the actress (don't know her name) has just lost it.

yes she is downright mean to people. i noticed this last night. the show is getting weird, the resolution of the murder isn't even the pinnacle moment of the show anymore, it's more of a footnote. i prefer more drama dealing with the murder plot line, with just the right amount of interpersonal drama thrown in. now it is becoming all interpersonal with hardly any crime drama.

We didn't watch the show until about a month ago when we started with season 1. It was pretty cool, but as has been said the crime isn't very important. It's a soap opera now and I suddenly find it boring. Maybe the writers will figure out that we don't care who screws who.
