It "smiles" when you approach. It opens its doors and rotates a seat towards you. Talking to someone behind you? It rotates your seat toward them. Your music and TV preferences? Memorized by observing you in your house. It watches your driving style and adjusts the suspension; it takes note of your mood and changes the thermostat. And when the conversation seems to be going well, it photographs the memory for you. It even wags its antenna to let you know it's happy.

Y'know, my little twin sisters got these robo-pets for Christmas... Sounds eerily familiar. What'dya think it'll do to you when it's not happy?

I hate all these new vehicles that seem to be coming out that everyone says is so different and wonderful, and I say it's ugly. Designers need to screw their heads back down. It's one thing to be creative (and I am all for being creative in anything), but these cars are just plain ugly. Take the Aztec for example, or the new Avalanche. I pray this isn't the future.

Does anyone else find that slightly disconcerting?

They have the ability to make the car do all this cool stuff but they couldn't make it look good.

It's actually stylish compared to the rice I see on the road every day. It stands out without having to put an obnoxiously loud and over-sized exhaust, a cartoonish spoiler or night lights (appearantly some ricers are afraid of the dark). :)

Edit: It's really just a cry for help. :)
