WTF Is This?

Chrome did the DNS equivalent of "triangulating the signal" and figured out you are not talking to the real PayPal.com.

They are doing you a favor by blocking it.

Date and time are correct.
Norton found nothing
Malware Bytes won't open

Should I flush the dns?
I didn't log in but it works in IE.

That was a pita to fix the other day - reimaged my in-laws (70+ years old) computer, because they apparently fall for every popup that says "omg, virus! Click here to install our software to fix your computer" and "I've got to have comet cursor! I don't care what kind of software it is, I like their smiley faces the best." Anyways, WinXP, with IE6. Any attempt to connect to Microsoft to update IE was met with "your computer is soooo outdated, go buy a new one." I couldn't avoid that at MS. I couldn't install Firefox, because the software was too out of date to download it. I succeeded with Chrome, and got that message for all sorts of sites. Then, Firefox from Chrome (that was a pita; I got that message for FF as well.) Then, from Firefox, a download of service pack 3.

Anyway - it's not necessarily because of a virus; as I had that problem behind a firewall with a completely newly formatted computer.

(Oh, and the in-laws are thrilled that their computer does Facebook and their email once again - that's all they use it for, and it's more than adequate for that purpose.)

I just went to it, but it looks kinda... odd, specifically their logo... did they change their site/logo? Been a while since I actually went to the site directly.

I hope you are NOT one of the 1.2 Billion users, hacked by Russian hackers!

Don't worry, it is pretty unlikely, as there are almost 1.1999 Billion internet users, world wide.

ONLY JOKING!.

(But the Russian hack stuff is true, See here).

That's fucked. I removed it but when I take a screenshot it puts it back. Removed image for now.

Just use a paint program edit cut the E-mail out. NEVER bloat it out with color. That can be subverted. I saw it on the news once. LOL

I never save passwords in Pale Moon and clear cookies and cache on exit, plus use an add-on called self destructing cookies. May want to go that route for a little cumbersomeness in exchange for security.

Yeah just did that. It's just odd since I just selected it and hit delete before taking the screenshot but for some reason in the screenshot it was still there. Kind of messed.

But I guess the site is normal, and they just changed it. I just find it has that "spammy" look.
