WTF is this?

WTF!

Anyone familiar with how to remove this thing? There were no browsers running and no suspicious looking services or processes. It seems to popup in 10 mins intervals but out of nowhere. MS Antispyware also will not run properly in that it freezes when trying to remove items and also it can't for some reason activate the internet agents.

Run Ad-Aware and SpyBot with fully updated definition files.
