WTF! Is the Interweb broken today???

Amazon.com = took 3 tries and 2 minutes to open front page
Amazon.com customer log in = failed several times before working
Dell.com small business portal = SQL error on first two tries, now this message:

"Due to high traffic volume, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

WTF!!! DELL's INTEL servers crapping out???
