New build keeps completely randomly restarting
Background: When I first built this a few weeks ago, then files started going corrupt and so did windows. Couldn't reinstall, just wouldnt work. So I rma'd the hd, just got a new one back. Installed windows, installed drivers,antivirus, and zonealarm and when I reboot i get something along the lines of windows cannot find or the file is corrupt D:\Windows blah blah pci something. So I do a windows repair, during the repair it asked for several things it usual doesn, some amd file, some nvidia bus controller, and it also told me that the drivers it was installing hadnt passed WHQL and what not. This is all during the installing devices part. After that, my screen keeps turning black for a few seconds then back to normal. And eventually it just turns itself off. I turn it on, as soon as windows starts loading (windows logo and loading little loading bar) it restarts in the same fashion.
