WTF is going on with my pc?

this is so messed up when ever my hard drive is working I get these weird lines on my screen and the color changes

I have a WD 30gb hd
geforce 3
epox 8k7a

help!

and also for someone reason windows xp couldent load my profile it said

profile couldent be found because windows is corrupt

did u overclock the geforce

are u sure the installation is clean... i d suggest a reinstall
