I was having problems with my win2k installation described here:
HERE

so i decide to reinstall, but this time i use win2k server. After the initial setup(formatting and copying necessary files)I reboot, and guess what!!!????

The same error appears!!!! arghh!
What could it possibly be? It says that ntdll.dll has an error. I was thinking that maybe my win2k cd was bad, so thats why i tried win2k server, but to no avail. PLease help me, I think i ging to throw this freaking thing out the 6 story window! :frown:

Use the Linux patch disk!

(besides, you're a "Tux" like me! You should know this! 😉)

I'll check out the other thread though... 🙂

Just curious, why did you start a new thread???

I used to have a problem like this. It was on my Abit BP6. Though it didn't happen until I installed the drivers for the Highpoint controller. I ended up formating and reinstalling about 6 times before I came to the conclusion that my Highpoint controller was shot.

I would try removing any Pci cards that you don't need to boot it up, and see what happens.
