WTF is "Famous Maker"

I had assumed it was name brand stuff, just unmarked or OEM and then sold as "famous maker"

But it seems like all the labels that say "Famous Maker" have the same logo style.

What's the deal?

Is it just that, and I'm trying to make it more complicated than it is?
