wtf is a PO?

you...put the purchase order in...
a piece of paper, should have a Purchas Order # on it somewhere, tells what you ordered, how much each item is, who sold to / bought from, delivery and order dates etc etc.....

if you didnt order anything yet, you dnt have a purchase order.

Since you don't know what a purchase order is, I would guess that either you don't have a system or someone else runs the show. Order the stuff with a credit card or find someone who knows how to generate a purchase order (a formal order document produced by a company (typically) in agreement to pay for purchasing listed items with payment terms, etc).
