ignorent, no...i know IE sucks, i've used FF and see how much better it is

same stupid thing happened to me downloading vista. except mine started at -7%. then somehow jumped to somewhere in the 200's.

I used those the last time, and noticed no speed advantage. Granted, I didn't get the goofy D/L percentages with IE though.
