This is just plain weird. My secondary HD, the shi;ty IBM was giving me trouble so i had to manually turn off the PC. When i turned it back on, the monitor wouldn't power up! When the PC is off, the monitor's power light is dim, but it brightens once the PC is on. This time is just stayed dim as if the PC was off or the cable unplugged!

So i disconnected the IBM. Nothing. Disconnected the WD and hooked it up to the IBM. Nothing. Took out the vid card and put it back in. Nothing. Reconnected every write i could think of. No matter what, the fvcking thing wouldn't turn on! The PC itself was fine and i even heard the windows sound. But that's it.

So i took it upstairs and it works fine on the other machine but not mine. So now i'm stuck with this shltty little 15" and my eyes hurt from the flickering. Help!

Happens to me on my crappy A7N8D Delux once in a while. I literally have to remove EVERYTHING until i have components sitting around, pull the mobo, unhook the battery. Let it sit for a minute then put it ALL back together and its works. Pisses me off.
