Damn, I had class at 8 AM this morning... I went to bed at the same time as always... I have 2 alarms, one is set to 7:15 and the other one is set to 7:45 and I didn't hear neither one of them... no power outrage or anything ...

Now I woke up at noon time, half of my day is wasted...

BAH :( just wanted to rant...

It's time for some UT2K4 do0d!! Use your time wisely.

Seriously though that sucks. Have you been getting the correct amount of sleep that your body needs or are you sleep deprived? Maybe your body is trying to let you know that you need more sleep on a regular basis.

You might want to ask for a refund from your school... Just kidding. I have been working full-time (since graduating college) for over 2 years now and I still have to have multiple alarms wake me up in the morning. My body does not abide by cycles. I have overslept once or twice...but never 4 hours...usually only 30 minutes or so.

I normally don't have any problems waking up and even if I am late, I usually wake up like 10 minutes before class and still make it to class driving 90 + mph :p Oh well, the thing that confuses me is what I did yesterday that got me so tired to oversleep 4 hours :Q

I would love to be able to oversleep like that. I usually toss and turn hours before I get up.

You have a class at 8AM and you set the alarm for 7:45AM? WTH .. do you just go to class with your "bed head", morning breath, and your PJs? Even 7:15AM isn't sufficient in my opinion. :p

Dude, how long does it take you in the morning to leave for work? It takes me 10 minutes, 15 minutes tops. No reason to look particularly pretty, I'm not in a cubicle beauty pageant.

5 minutes to shave/shower.
5 minutes to put clothes on / drink my protein shake
5 minutes to drive.
and maybe 5 minutes for finding a parking spot...

ofcourse add 3-4 minutes to each of those when i am lazy...

Takes me 5 minutes to wake up, get ready, and be out the door... :)
