wtf? i can't delete this one file in XP!

I'm trying to delete this file in XP and it won't let me! it keeps saying another program is using it, i even try doing it in dos and it still won't let me. its pissing me off!

nm, it was a avi file and it was corrupt and i guess u can't delete it when its corrupt, i used to divfix to fix it and then i was able to delete it.
