Are you sure? You can either email them straight (through the web interface) or fill in the form. I just did the latter a few days ago

Where online? It says to sign into Online Banking, which I do, but I can't find the form once I get signed in.

Just call them and do it. It's simple and it's fast.

You can send questions online. Once you log in, click on the Cust Service tab, and then click on "Send a message to customer service" on the left-hand side in the "Need Assistance" table.
