No, if you clean up after yourself there won't be any hardcore cleaning needed to be done. Then when the weekend comes, just take 5 minutues on Sat and 5 minutes on Sun to clean stuff that you didn't get to before. I'm SURE you can take a few minutes off from sitting infront of the computer to do such a simple task.
Now, if you have like 5 kids and work 12 hours a day, OK, but otherwise stop being so lazy.

Our cleaning lady is still cleaning. I arrive home after a sweaty 10 mile ride to find two women cleaning my house and their two young children hanging out playing with my son's toys...that was at 6:45PM...It's almost 8PM and she's still freaking here!!!
This happened two weeks ago when she was here last too. I'm getting ready to fire her ass. This is ridiculous. :|
Update-My wife had me make her a sandwich. And me being the big pussy I am made her one....

Wow, it's amazing how fervent someone can get about something so completely irrelevant to themselves- criticizing another for using a cleaning lady to clean their home? Crissakes, it's their fvcking job, and they make good money in such an occupation that offers decent pay at flexible hours, for someone with a limited skillset (adding "most likely" here, for you queers that jump on everything). Next time, ask a cleaning lady to join your little activist crusade and see if they don't spit in your face. Pretentious douche.
I have a cleaning lady as well, and contrary to what some might think, it's not because I get a rise out of having someone performing chores for me, or because I have nowhere else to spend money. It's because I've calculated my finances, weighed the amount of time it would take for me to clean myself versus the final end result of how clean the place actually ended up becoming - and I've decided on using a cleaning lady. $50 for 2 hours, once every 2 weeks? Yeah, indulgence overload :disgust:
So next time you decide to b!tch about something and play the high-horse card about something you're obviously completely uninformed about, and will likely remain so forever - bite your tongue and learn the quick way how to shut the fvck up.

QFT
Tho maybe not that harshly
I would say this, anyone giving the OP and others crap about having a house cleaner should never do any of the following as it is tasks they should do for themselves.
Eat out: You can cook your OWN food.
CarWash: Do it yourself
Dry Cleaner: Wash your own damn clothes
Taxes: No paying anyone else for a service
Pest Control: No you get rid of that beehive in the front yard.
Oil Change: It's not that hard.
Day Care,: stay off the PC and watch your kids
Landscaping: no mexicans here, mow your own lawn
etc, etc, etc, et"fsvking"cetera
