WTF? How can this be considered a good utility?

Personally I find it to be a big piece of crap... Whats so difficult about windows explorer? You think thats hard? Use a dos prompt. And woop-de-f*cking-do it has a archive utility. Does winace ring a bell? I'm just shocked to see Anandtech priase this as a good utility. :|

It's all based on personal preference.

The author of that article thought that it was easier to manage files with a Windows 3.1 interface. If you prefer the Windows 95/98/ME standard of managing files, simply do not use the software.

However, saying "don't use windows (without this software)" is taking it a bit to the extremes.
