Ok recieved my phone and tried to activate my verizon phone only not to be able to. I called Verizon and they cant find my service and i dont know what the E815 i recieved number is.

What are the steps to activate this. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Verizon
 
mine came activated. i just had to call up and have them port my old # to the verizon line. did not take more than 5 minutes.

Oh yeah, I believe they email you the phone # after you order if I'm not mistaken...

i had something similar happen ordered two phones from amazon for use with tmobile and they couldnt find the order so they just signed me up as a new user and let me pick a plan and new phone number
