WTF happened to my IE?

I wake up this morning and I am logged out of AT and every other site, like my cache was cleared. Also all my visited links are showing up as unvisited. WTF! Now how am I supposed to remember what threads i've read.....

Use the today button to see what threads you read and posted in.

Thats what I thought at first but all my IM windows are still open.
